Bringing Technology and Personal Service Together
The internet, social media, laptops, notebooks, tablets, smartphones.... technology is advancing at the speed of light and it does not appear it will slow down anytime soon. We all use technology in some form or another, and you should expect your Realtor to be on the cutting edge of these tools (toys?). Equally important is that your Realtor's brokerage be just as aggressive with the technology and tools that support their Realtors and, most importantly, their clients.
Should all this technology replace the hands-on "connection" between a Realtor and their clients? Not a chance! I believe the tools of technology are of the utmost importance in providing information and are vital in providing the highest level of service to my clients. However, it cannot replace the need for personal service. The purchase or sale of your home is a monumental financial decision and an even greater emotional decision. Technology can take care of the financials, but the emotion calls for personal service from someone who sincerely cares about their clients.
You deserve the best of both worlds when it comes to buying or selling your home. Do the internet research with your laptops, notebooks, tablets or smartphones, then call me (or email, or text) to set up a time to talk about personal service and why it is STILL a vital element in the process.
